When will I receive my order?

Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours after payment is received, depending on the shipping area. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we will do everything possible to ensure that the shipping companies meet them. In rural areas far from urban centers, delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed under any circumstances.

- Mainland Spain: For bank transfers: 24/48 hours after payment is received, Monday through Friday. If you pay by card: 24/48 hours if you pay before 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

- Balearic Islands: Shipping is now available for this area. Orders to the Balearic Islands have a shipping charge of €9 per order. The shipping time is 48/72 hours if you pay by card before 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

-Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Shipping is not available to these areas.

You can place your order by contacting our sales department, but you must send your own shipping company. It is VERY IMPORTANT that upon receiving your order, you check that the packaging is in perfect condition. If upon receiving your order you notice that the packaging or box is damaged,

You must refuse delivery of the order, notifying the carrier on the delivery note, clearly stating the reason for the rejection. In the event of damage during transport, the customer must record their complaints and reservations on the delivery note and communicate them in a reliable manner, within 24 hours of receipt, to ....................................... or to their own shipping company if they are responsible for the transport.

Return Policy:

We only address businesses and professionals. Therefore, returns will be processed as commercial returns, as there is no law regulating return rights between businesses, and such processing is regulated by the Cotton Club Brand terms and conditions. In the event of a return acceptance, a charge between ............................... will be made for packaging, handling, and return management, and the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order as long as it has not left our warehouse. We will cancel it without any problem. However, a charge of between €18+VAT and €50+VAT will be applied for packaging, handling, and return processing. Contact our sales department for more information.
